Bis(2-ethylhexyl) maleate is used as an intermediate for the reaction of hydrogenation or acetylation to produce organic synthesis especially for succinic acid and its derivatives. It is a dienophilen intermediate for cycloaddition reaction into olefinic solid bonds to form dienes. Its end applications include paints, vanishes, adhesives, copolymers and films. |
